daily lives. As a Direct Customer Sales Associate, you will:
Clearly explain the features and benefits of our client’s
telecommunications services—including high-speed internet, phone
plans, and streaming packages—so customers can make informed
decisions tailored to their needs and budget. Engage directly with
potential customers through in-person outreach in local
neighborhoods to assess their service needs and recommend the best
solutions. Deliver compelling one-on-one sales presentations that
highlight service reliability, speed, value, and promotional
offerings—converting interest into new enrollments. Proactively
generate new leads by networking, attending community events, and
following up on referrals. You’ll manage these prospects through
the entire sales cycle. Provide professional and supportive
customer service at every stage of the sales process—answering
questions, addressing concerns, assisting with account setup, and
ensuring smooth onboarding. Stay informed on product updates,
service availability, and promotional campaigns to ensure accuracy
and credibility in your communication with customers. Meet and
exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals
through collaborative knowledge-sharing and support. Maintain
compliance with all customer data policies while using mobile
devices to enroll customers securely and accurately on-site. You
