Your role will involve identifying, monitoring, interpreting, and communicating new or changing regulations to keep our product and teams informed and compliant. You will work directly with Product Management on compliance features and with other analysts to enhance our internal processes.What You'll Do

• Identify regulatory requirements related to our products and develop best practices for monitoring and communication
• Monitor, investigate, and interpret changes in regulatory requirements impacting our products
• Scan the global regulatory landscape for upcoming initiatives that could affect our products
• Work with product management to translate regulatory requirements into actionable frameworks within our applications
• Simplify complex regulatory guidance into clear, understandable information for internal teams
• Collaborate with analysts to improve processes and tools for managing regulatory intelligenceRequirements
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant industries such as software, quality assurance, CMC, clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or operations within the life sciences industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes in at least one regulated sector of the life sciences industry
  • Strong research, analysis, and interpretation skills, with the ability to discern high-quality information
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex regulatory info into understandable formats
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Willing to travel occasionally to Veeva offices
  • Located on the east coast of the US or CanadaNice to Have
    • Experience with Veeva's products and processes
    • Experience in a dedicated regulatory intelligence role in life sciences
    • Experience working with health authorities like FDA, EMA, or Health Canada
    • Additional experience in related regulated areasCompensation
      • Base salary: $75,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and location
