Fiderio & Sons is seeking an experienced, full-time, Carpenter for our Interior Remodeling Team.The Lead Carpenter is a position which requires a high level of construction experience and this is a "hands on", full time position. The position is responsible for high level, rough, and finish carpentry working in Bathrooms, Kitchen or other interior remodeling projects such as Basements, Laundry Rooms and additions.* This position is full-time and offers year-round work.* Candidate must have excellent carpentry skills/finish carpentry* Kitchen and Bath installation experience is REQUIRED.* ADVANCED CARPENTRY SKILLS REQUIRED.Roles and Responsibilities* Responsible for remodeling bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements kitchens etc.* Willingness to work in the field, hands on full time, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. (start daily at the office in Meriden)* Perform rough and finish carpentry and related labor work as assigned.* Inspects work areas to ensure work is being conducted in accordance with all safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.* Provide customers with exceptional customer service.* Proficient in using equipment and measurement tools* Responsible for daily communication to the production manager for project updates, daily logs, materials and schedule.* Must have reliable and dependable transportation.
