Drivers eligible to apply: All Class CDL A holders with one year of verifiable experience in the last two years Regional Road Driver -- East Hartford, CT Dedicated Freight * $8,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!! *must be in orientation by 4/2/21 * NEW Starting rate is .60cpm (yearly pay increases) * Drive over 2,200 miles in a pay period and earn additional .05cpm on ALL miles * Ask about our Tenure match program! * Pay increases EVERY year! * Drivers can expect to drive 2,300 - 2,700 miles per week * Most of driving time will be spent between the following states: PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME * Weekly home time * 100% no touch freight * Dedicated Customer with familiar freight lanes All Cowan Regional Road Drivers will enjoy: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment 401k with company match & $20,000 life insurance Guaranteed increases with options to earn more by working a weekend or 6th day Paid orientation with luxurious single room hotel stay Steady paycheck with our year-round work Requirements: * CDL A License * One year of verifiable Class A experience in the last 2 years * Consistent Class A driving experience * Safe driving record How do we put our drivers first?
