Job DescriptionThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200 to $217,700, depending on geographic location, qualifications, skills, and experience. We lead the vision, strategy, and execution of NBHD, serving sneaker enthusiasts and transforming consumers, fostering community relationships, and representing the Nike brand.Who We Are Looking ForThe North America NBHD - Energy Lead, Partner Rep will be based in New York City, working with partners in the East Territory as Nike Brand's key business liaison. The ideal candidate will facilitate the NBHD Marketplace strategy within the retailer, authenticator, and community ecosystem, analyze business results, deliver engaging presentations, and build strong relationships internally and externally.What You Will Work OnYou will be Nike Brand's ambassador within your designated marketplace and account base, driving financial targets, managing order entry, bookings, and product deliveries. You will implement the consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET processes, lead customer sell-ins, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR), manage multi-season orders, and recap business results. Operationally, you will ensure timely order entry, manage product shipments with the Marketplace Operations team, and track trends to inform forecasting. You will be an expert in your territory and facilitate travel to key destinations as required.Who You Will Work WithYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams within NBHD + Energy, the New York-based team, and across North America, including external partners (retailers, collaborators, community leaders) and internal teams (Merchandising, Marketplace, SNKRS, City Leadership, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Jordan Brand, Operations, Planning).What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising, or Sales within athletic apparel and footwear or related industries.
• Ability to adapt to change, act courageously, build trust, think strategically, communicate effectively, and foster teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
