Job Description:
*Responsibilities:** Work as a team with the assigned clinician
to support parents impacted by intimate partner violence.* Assess
and engage parents referred to the IPV-FAIR Program.* Provide
services in the home, community and agency.* Implement Circle of
Security Parenting curricula with IPV FAIR parents.* Advocate for
resources identified by the family.* Connect families to needed
Intimate Partner Violence resources in their community.* Maintain
clear, concise and timely documentation of treatment efforts.*
Participate in the development of the family service plan for
families.* Collaborate with program staff, DCF and key community
partners to ensure coordinated efforts for optimal outcomes for the
family.* Attend court and other meetings with family members.*
Participate in program training.* Build and maintain a relationship
with community stakeholders (ie: Police Departments, DCF, schools,
other behavioral health professionals*Education:* e Bachelor Degree
(BA) in the human services field and/or high school diploma with at
least three (3) years experience providing direct services to
families with complex needs.*Experience:* Experience providing
direct services to families. Ability to work collaboratively on a
team, provide culturally competent treatment and work a variable
work schedule to include evenings. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills are required.EOEJob Type: Full-timePay:
