Job Description:

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Loan Modification Specialist in Meriden, CT. The Loan Modification Specialist provides general administrative support to management through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This is an ON-SITE position, reporting to the Meriden office Mon-Fri.

Loan Modification Specialist Responsibilities:

Assists Loan Operations Leadership with their daily organization tasks.
Arranges and attends meetings to take detailed minutes.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and organize calendars.
Create spreadsheets and presentations.
Prepare statistical and budget reports.
Review and organize regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material.
Greet and provide general support to visitors in the Loan Ops area.
Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Loan Modification Specialist Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent related work experience required
1 years prior experience as a Loan Operations or Admin assistant preferred
Mortgage servicing experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Strong organization and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
