Job Description:

Location: Meriden, CT Description: Our client is currently seeking a HR/recruitment admin. This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Post open positions internally and externally -
  • -Screen resumes -
  • -Prescreen candidates -
  • -Partner with hiring managers during recruitment process -
  • -Work with outside vendors (recruitment agencies) -
  • -Coordinate interview schedules -
  • Schedule onboardings, meetings, and trainings for new hires -
  • Manage electronic employee files -
  • -Complete verification of employment, Department of Labor claims -
  • -Complete and distribute monthly and weekly reports, including Metrics for Meriden site ADDITIONAL DUTIES: -
  • -Participate in and help plan Career Fairs and Open Houses -
  • -Assist recruitment Business Partner with external advertisements -
  • -Be a point of contact for questions regarding recruitment and Employee Referral Program -
  • -Fill in for Recruitment Business Partner as needed due to vacations and travel -
  • -Order supplies/stock for HR storage office -
  • Collect/Distribute mail -
  • Enter new and remove terminated employees in SAP -
  • -*Support other Industrial sites in HR admin when necessary*** Qualifications & Requirements:
    • 1 year experience
    • Can balance high volume recruitment -
