Job Description:

The primary role of the Bookeeper is to assist the Business Office Manager with day-to-day tasks in accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare monthly billings for insurances and residents
  • Post receivables to the right accounts and prepare monthyl reports
  • Process accounts payable
  • Assist with handeling trust fund accounts
    • Knowledege of accounting functions and AP/AR
    • Previous experaince as a bookeeper or similar
    • Experaince in a nursing home or medical field preferred
    • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required
