Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual full-time Home care Marketer/ Community Outreach who can lead our outreach department in locating those who are in need for care in our communities. Some experience in outreach work is a requirement in order to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties Recruiting new patients/clientele to the agency Work with the Agency's intake department to bring in as many new clients as possible Use a network of resources/referral sources in the medical industry Seek new referral sources Set a quota of active patients monthly Educate potential patients on agency services Follow-up and communicate with potential patients on a regular basis until they are active with the agency Attend and host events to promote the agency COVID-19 Precaution(s): Remote interview process Personal protective equipment provided or required Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Virtual meetings Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Typical Start time: 9AM Typical End time: 5PM This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Company Description A Caring Heart Nursing Services is Agency with a growing Adult Family Living (AFL) and Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program that promotes home care services to patients at the comfort of their homes.
