Job Description:

Option A Group in Centerbrook, CT is seeking a part time account coordinator to assist our account services team with a variety of day to day tasks. Coordinators would be expected to assist with stats gathering/analysis, presentation creation and QC, internal project coordination, client website maintenance, video transcription, logging and other company admin needs. Training will be provided for all tasks. Projects typically have tight turnarounds. Ability to be calm and work collaboratively under pressure is a must!

Applicants should have a friendly and positive attitude, good communication and organization skills, ability to work well in a fast paced environment and ability to multitask. Job requires 60% of the time to be spent in the office. Estimated weekly hours are 25-32. Must be willing to travel if needed to support live events and client shoots.
