Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, flexible consultant to provide project management and support to a busyhealth care community education classes & events team using a strategic marketing project plan toultimately convert a community member to a patient. -The consultant will provide on-site and remotesupport and management at in-person and virtual events as required. Position requires proven projectmanagement and communication skills, very strong organizational skills, independence and initiative tosupport the team's efforts in achieving objectives.Key Responsibilities:--- Provide overall project planning, coordination, and support to execute community educationclasses and events in both the virtual platform and in-person venue--- Supports and coordinates with healthcare providers and medical office staff who areinstrumental in class execution and class instruction--- Coordinates the creation of advertising and marketing communications to promote classes andevents through collaboration with internal teams--- Collaborates with regional marketing managers and directors on all promotion and regionalprovider (instructor) information--- Create and manage a schedule for classes, attending to all the details such as location, AVsupport, presentation needs, giveaway items, refreshments, sign-in, surveys, etc.--- Works with several outside vendors: class registration, digital advertising and our virtual classplatform--- Track classes and event results and maintain metrics reporting--- Follow prescribed guidelines for handling proprietary and patient personal information--- Provide on-site or virtual support and management when required, flexibility for frequentevening and rare weekend classes and events--- Act as moderator for virtual classes and events as needed--- Also act as gatekeeper for professional development, support group and patient educationclasses and evets for each region--- Deliver high quality work within established time frames--- Respond to requests in a timely, professional mannerREQUIREMENTS:Desired Qualifications:--- Associates degree or a minimum of 3 years experience in events and/or project management--- Minimum of 2 years industry experience preferably focused in marketing, health insurance, orhealth improvement--- Very strong organizational skills--- Attention to detail and follow-through--- Travel to event site - 30%
--- Demonstrated experience in working with teams across multiple organizations--- Demonstrated experience working independently with limited direction/guidance--- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly--- Customer service skills and dedication to anticipating and meeting the expectations andrequirements of business partners--- Excellent strong written and oral communication skills--- Demonstrated skill Microsoft office products; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook--- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling multiple prioritiesand projects--- Project management skills preferred--- Audio visual technical and virtual meeting platform experience preferred
