Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a
Production Associate team member to join their dynamic team. As a
Production Associate, you will be part of a collaborative
environment supporting various assembly projects. The ideal
candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align
successfully with the organization's goals. Job Title: Production
Associate Location: Franklin, MA Pay Range: $19 - $21.85 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift - $19/hr MON-FRI 6:45am-3:15pm 2nd shift -
$20.90/hr MON-FRI 2:45pm-11:15pm 3rd shift - $21.85/hr SUN-THUR
10:45pm-7:15am What's the Job? Expertise in using various hand and
power tools. Basic to advanced understanding of computer systems.
Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions. Precision
in performing tasks and measurements. Working well with team
members to achieve common goals. What's Needed? Basic computer
skills. Ability to follow custom assembly instructions. Ability to
use hand and power tools. Ability to report to work on time daily.
Ability to work in different assembly areas as needed. What's in it
