Supervisor , you will play a critical role in ensuring our
operations run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality
standards. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution center
activities within your assigned area—such as receiving, packing,
shipping, order fulfillment, inventory control, and quality
assurance. You will lead and support a team of individual
contributors, balancing operational execution with people
leadership, process improvement, and compliance. Your work directly
impacts customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and the overall
success of our supply chain operations. This is an opportunity for

continuously improving processes in a fast-paced, operational
environment. What You’ll Do Operational Leadership & Execution
Supervise daily distribution center activities, including
receiving, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory
handling, and storage. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled
accurately, inspected as required, and shipped within committed
timelines in the most cost-effective manner. Oversee receiving,
unpacking, inspection, and verification of incoming materials;
coordinate returns of defective or non-conforming product. Ensure
all operational documentation is accurate, complete, and processed
according to internal procedures and external regulations.
Inventory, Quality & Compliance Manage inventory accuracy through
routine and special cycle counts; investigate and resolve
discrepancies. Plan, implement, and maintain quality assurance
procedures aligned with ISO, military, and other applicable
standards. Analyze quality deviations to determine root cause and
implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure work areas
comply with safety, ESD, and departmental policies, maintaining a
clean, organized, and compliant environment. Confirm all equipment
is safe, properly maintained, calibrated, and operating within
required standards. People Leadership & Collaboration Coordinate
and supervise the daily activities of a team of individual
contributors, setting priorities to ensure timely task completion.
Provide guidance, direction, and coaching to support employee
performance, engagement, and development. Collaborate with peers
and cross-functional partners to align workflows, resolve issues,
and support operational goals. Communicate effectively with
internal teams and customers regarding order status, fulfillment
challenges, and resolutions. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous
Improvement Prepare and contribute to regularly scheduled and ad
hoc operational, quality, and productivity reports. Monitor
productivity metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
to enhance efficiency and service levels. Participate in the
evaluation and implementation of new equipment, tools, or process
enhancements that improve safety, quality, or performance. Support
customer feedback initiatives to continuously improve accuracy,
quality, and the overall customer experience. What We’re Looking
For Experience & Education 5 years of relevant experience in
distribution, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
environments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience that provides comparable job knowledge and
skills. Skills & Attributes Proven ability to supervise and
coordinate daily operations and frontline teams. Strong attention
to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to make
decisions guided by established policies, procedures, and business
plans. Comfort working in a structured, deadline-driven environment
where decisions directly impact operational performance. Additional
Requirements Ability to travel as required . Pay Transparency
Requirement Actual annual compensation offered will be based on
several variables including geographic location, work experience,
education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed
upon at the time of offer. Qualified candidates can expect an
annual salary beginning at $70,000 or more depending on experience.
