Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and efficiently staging the production floor. Responsibilities Locate material in the computer system. Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry picker equipment. Load and unload trucks as needed. Troubleshoot issues with inventory to maintain efficient operations. Ensure incoming material is not damaged by conducting visual inspections of boxes. Essential Skills Experience with forklift, reach truck, and stand-up forklift operations. Proficiency in material handling and order picking. Familiarity with RF scanners and cycle counts. Prior warehouse or distribution experience. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Join our team in a dynamic work environment with various shift options available: day shift (8am-5pm, Monday to Friday), rotating day shift (3-2-2-3, 8am-8pm), and night shift (3-2-2-3, 8pm-8am). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
