two exceptional individuals to join their top-tier Real Estate
practices in New York. § Title : Sophisticated Real Estate
Transactional Counsel Practice Area : High-Value Asset
Acquisitions, Strategic Joint Ventures, and Urban Development §
Location : New York, NY § Salary : $260,000 to $365,000 Base Salary
(Plus a comprehensive suite of executive-level benefits and
performance-driven bonus structures). § Schedule : Full-time,
Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed § The Firm : Our

footprint, the firm serves as a primary advisor to institutional
investors, sovereign wealth funds, and major developers. They are a

engage in the architectural structuring of the most prominent

§ Duties : The incoming Transactional Associate will be integrated
into a fast-paced team managing the lifecycle of complex property
interests and capital deployments. The role requires a high degree
of autonomy in navigating the intricacies of commercial property
law and corporate structuring. Core responsibilities involve: ?
Orchestrating the strategic acquisition and disposition of
high-value commercial, multi-family, and industrial assets from
initial letter of intent through final execution. ? Drafting and
negotiating sophisticated limited liability company agreements and
joint venture documentation for equity partners and developers. ?
Designing complex financing instruments, including senior mortgage
debt, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity structures. ? Managing
the comprehensive due diligence process, involving the critical
analysis of title encumbrances, ALTA surveys, zoning compliance,
and environmental risk assessments. ? Structuring and negotiating
high-stakes commercial leases for office, retail, and mixed-use
properties on behalf of both institutional landlords and national
tenants. § Qualifications : The firm requires candidates who
demonstrate both technical mastery and a rigorous academic
background. ? Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with a
record of high academic achievement. ? Active Bar membership in the
State of New York. ? Three (3) to five (5) years of substantive
experience focusing on complex commercial real estate transactions
within a prominent regional or international law firm. ?
Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating the full
spectrum of real estate conveyance and closing documents. § Skills
: The following attributes are highly desirable and will
distinguish the most competitive applicants: ? Advanced
understanding of New York-specific real estate statutes and tax
implications (e.g., Transfer Taxes, 1031 Exchanges). ? Proven
ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across various
workstreams to meet strict closing deadlines. ? Exceptional
analytical skills utilized in the resolution of complex title and
survey objections. ? Superior interpersonal gravitas necessary for
direct client interaction and high-level negotiations with opposing
counsel.
