visible impact. Job Description As a Senior Consultant / Business
Analyst , you'll join a tight-knit, high-expertise consulting team
delivering end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and
monetization. This is a globally remote, full-time role where your
contributions will shape both client outcomes and the firm's
delivery excellence. THIS REMOTE / VIRTUAL ROLE CAN BE LOCATED
ANYWHERE WITHIN THE CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONES Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Engage across end-to-end project phases—from
strategy to implementation—to solve complex data challenges. Define
and document requirements, analyze business processes, support
testing, training, and rollout efforts. Collaborate with internal
teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches—enhancing
DataCatalyst’s market differentiation. Work with partner software
vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client
environments. Own and lead tasks that advance both client success
and firm growth—cultivating long-term relationships. Contribute to
business development, thought leadership, and recruiting
initiatives. Qualifications We value precision, strategic thinking,
and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates bring: 5–10 years of
project experience in data management, analysis, or related
consulting disciplines. Proven understanding of the Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation
frameworks. A proactive, “go?getter” mindset with a genuine passion
for data as a strategic asset. Excellent problem-solving, critical
thinking , and attention to detail , especially in requirement
gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. strong
written and verbal communication , presentation skills, and
polished client service abilities. Facility in running workshops
with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements, and
mapping business processes with precision. Aptitude for setting
clear expectations , managing timelines, milestones, and
proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies.
Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking , with meticulous
stakeholder management and influence—even under ambiguity. Prior
experience in project?based or billable consulting roles—preferably
delivering visible deliverables and client impact. Additional
