Description:
As a Webflow Designer/Developer, you will :-
Own the end-to-end development of Webflow sites and components, from page structure to animations and interactions, while building, implementing, and managing design systems and global styles in Webflow.
Implement CMS-driven templates for case studies, insights, bios, and internal tools, and translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
Work collaboratively with design, brand, and digital teams to iterate and optimize user experience, and translate designs into high-fidelity Webflow builds that reflect brand guidelines and best practices.
Document best practices, maintain development guidelines, and ensure responsiveness, performance, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
Proactively suggest and implement website improvements based on data, benchmarks, and user experience trends, bringing a creative and analytical lens to problem-solving to balance great design with measurable results.
Support QA and testing across browsers, devices, and screen sizes, and help shape our Webflow governance model, including version control, backup strategy, and permissions.
Stay current on Webflow features, plug-ins, and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements.


MUST HAVE SKILLS:
3-5 years of experience working with Webflow, including a strong portfolio of published work of full +100-page sites and proficiency in Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles, with the ability to build reusable components, global styles, and design systems within Webflo
Detailed understanding of building design systems and intuitive user experiences, with an eye for design, motion, typography, and UX principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS-driven workflows.
Exceptional professionalism and confidence in engaging with internal stakeholders and navigating a matrixed environment.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and quickly pivot to high-priority items in a fast-paced setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus but not required.


The ideal candidate will be :
Playing a key role in designing, developing & managing their primary Webflow instance, which supports the growth of their global brand.
Ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Webflow enterprise platform and its capabilities.
They should have strong visual design skills, combined with extensive technical knowledge of designing and maintaining an enterprise Webflow CMS, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
Must have the ability to adept at creating and optimizing their digital experience to provide a seamless UX for their audiences.
3-5 years' experience working with Webflow, must also have a strong portfolio of published work of full 100+ page sites and proficiency in Webflow CMS, animations and interactions.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $40 per hour > OR $42 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
