Job Description Job Description Note: This role needs to be onsite only once per week! Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings. - HYBRID opportunities! Responsibilities: Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history Develop and execute individual treatment plans Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation Crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions Provision of other services related to wellness Other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services Qualifications: Master's LCSW (New York license) one to two years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Hybrid Medicaid and Medicare for NY must be enrolled Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
