looking for an Associate of Workforce Planning and Analysis to be
responsible for forecasting demand, monitoring operational metrics,
and optimizing staffing to ensure service level objectives are met.
As a member of the Workforce Planning and Analysis team, you'll
work closely with the operations and product partners to analyze
historical usage patterns and deliver staffing recommendations to
meet organizational goals. You'll own critical operational
workflows, design scalable processes, and leverage data to inform
decisions that optimize the Maven workforce. This role is a great

mission a reality, your skills will be accountable for:
Organization and maintenance of workforce reporting and/or
dashboards Execute day-to-day operational processes that ensure
smooth business performance across cross-functional teams Develop
Standard Operating Procedures to ensure processes are repeatable
and scalable Create systems to automate the tracking and reporting
of key performance metrics, leveraging AI tooling to support
workflows Build, understand and improve complex models that help
inform operational and strategic decisions for Maven's frontline
teams Identify opportunities to improve analytics, streamline
operational processes, and execute scalable solutions Minimum
Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in consulting or strategy &
operations at a start-up, tech or healthcare company Track record
managing intraday operations—monitoring real-time queues, adjusting
staffing plans, communicating deviations, and executing mitigation
tactics to protect SLAs Experience designing and maintaining WFM
schedules across multiple roles/channels, including shrinkage
modeling, shift bidding, PTO processes, and capacity planning
inputs Ability to translate operational insights into system
configuration recommendations, including routing logic, skill
assignments, and WFM tool optimization to improve accuracy and
workflow efficiency Experience analyzing large data sets to draw
insights and inform operational decisions Comfortable navigating
ambiguity, unknowns, and moving fast Exceptionally strong attention
to detail Operational mindset with ability to build efficient,
repeatable processes Clear verbal and written communication
Resourceful, highly organized self-starter mentality Proven ability
to collaborate well with others Willingness to roll up sleeves to
directly solve problems Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
Looker or similar business intelligence softwares Understanding of
database architecture The base salary range for this role is
$95,000-$105,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive
equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number
of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience
level, and skillset. This role requires active work authorization
in the US. Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams
primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and
remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA,
Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C. For those in our New York City
office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team
members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle,
WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., we encourage
in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend
quarterly Work Together Days within these cities. This policy aims
