As the face of the administration and accounting functions, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our weighbridge activities, purchasing, customer service, and sales support.You will play a key role in compliance, return-to-work programs, and maintaining accurate training and contractor records.   • Manage administrative operations, including office supplies, technology, and support functions
  • Oversee weighbridge operations, ensuring accurate data recording and reporting
  • Process new vendor requests, cancellations, and updates
  • Review and approve expenses, work dockets, and quotes
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure timely incident reporting
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and monitor safety incidents
  • Maintain the company training matrix and ensure staff training compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, managers, and operational staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to stakeholders and customersEssential Requirements
    • Experience in the Waste Management services industry is desirable
    • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent workplace experience
    • Current Driver's License
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A proactive approach to safety and complianceDesirable Requirements
      • Proficiency in systems, including SAP HANA & SAP R3, Ariba, Kronos, Rapid Global, Google Workspace, RIVO, and Cloud Assess
      • Experience in project management, planning & scheduling
      • Knowledge of ordering, quoting, and procurement processes
      • Experience with Incident Management Systems
