Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join Wingstop as an Assistant General Manager and help lead a high-energy, hands-on operation! We're looking for a dependable, personable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to coach and motivate a small, tight-knit team. What You'll Do: Lead day-to-day operations alongside 2-3 team members per shift Manage P&L performance with focus on food cost and labor cost control Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent guest service Oversee carryout operations (80% of our business) with limited dine-in seating Execute hands-on leadership in all aspects of restaurant operations Maintain food quality and safety standards Work flexible schedule including late nights (stores open until midnight, some until 1am) What We're Looking For: 2 years management experience in Fast Food, QSR, or Fast Casual Proven track record managing P&L, food cost, and labor cost Fryer experience preferred (not required) Hands-on leader who leads by example Strong coaching and team motivation skills Dependable, personable, and great with people Flexible availability including late nights and weekends Why Wingstop: Simple menu with limited SKUs (wings, tenders, sandwiches, fries, sauces) Primarily carryout model - streamlined operations 3-week comprehensive training program (hotel accommodations provided if needed) Growth opportunities with expanding brand Be part of a fast-growing concept with strong carryout business Apply now to join a winning team where your leadership makes a real impact!
