Job Description Responsibilities -- Account Managemen t Customer service support Maintain customer profiles Order Confirmation Management Generate Quotations Assist Sales Managers with bids and proposals Customer Complaint Processing Manage Orders To Completion Regular review of account open backlog and delivery status Customer correspondence Outbound calling to new and existing customers Field inbound sales calls -- Systems Knowledge Develop strong ERP skills through daily use and continuous training Support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products -- Product Understanding Regular attendance to internal & external training sessions Pursue product knowledge Assist customers with product decision Skills, knowledge and abilities Run MRP reports and generate purchase orders for both outside and intercompany vendors including raw materials, components and finished goods. Assist with logistics coordination for customers and vendors Ensure vendor on time deliveries, price consistency and expedite requirements. Maintain daily communications with the production planner to avoid any shortages that would delay the schedule. Work closely with Engineering and QC for ECO---s, DMR, RMA---s & Customer complaints. Monitor stock levels and safety stocks.Ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional resources and teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). Must be able to: Assess Customer requirements & expectations Problem Solve Resolving Conflict Analyse Information Multi-task Communicate in a timely & accurate manner Drive and monitor progress and achievements Strong organization and time management skills Ability to stay focused and maintain an appropriate level of urgency to both internal and external customer requirements Work within and contribute to a team environment Experience in a fast paced, customer focused role. Strong computer skills. SAP experience a plus. Excellent communication skills via phone, email and personal interactions. A $500 pre-tax bonus will be paid in the first payroll following your date of hire. In the first payroll following 30 days of active employment, a $1000 pre-tax payment will be made. In the event you leave the Company within 180 days of your date of hire, you agree to repay any bonus paid within 10 calendar days.
