Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Position Type: Locums NICU Physician
Start Date: May 29, 2026
End Date: December 31, 2026
Schedule: Call-only backup coverage
8am-5pm on site Mon-Fri and then weekend on call coverage from 5p Friday to 8a Monday
Weeknight on call coverage from 5p-8a
Call Type: Beeper
EMR: Cerner
Patients: Assigned rounding patients

Required Licenses & CertificationsREQUIRED

Board Certified in Pediatrics
Active Massachusetts License
PALS Certification

PREFERRED

NICU Fellowship

Practice Setting

Hospital-based NICU
Backup NICU MD coverage
Assigned rounding patients while on call

Ideal Candidate

Experienced pediatric critical care physician
Comfortable providing backup NICU coverage
Able to respond promptly via beeper for assigned patients
