Job Description:
Berkshire Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an
LPN at Berkshire, you will be an integral part of delivering

Your clinical expertise will ensure the best outcomes for patients,
and your commitment to compassionate care aligns with our mission
of effective, patient-centered rehabilitation and skilled nursing
services. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled
patients within a skilled nursing setting. Monitor patient health
and record signs such as blood pressure and heart rate. Implement
patient care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members. Operate medical equipment and assist with patient
mobility. Ensure the proper storage and administration of
medications. Provide emotional support to patients and their
families. Educate patients and families on health care needs,
conditions, and options. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
operate standard medical equipment Detail-oriented with robust
organizational skills Critical thinking and problem-solving
capabilities Compassion and patience in dealing with challenging
situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Active LPN license in the state of employment CPR certification
