Job Description:

seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III for our Day-to-Night
shift in the Cardiopulmonary Surgery and Vascular Intensive Care
Unit. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic

will play a pivotal role in managing complex patient care and
enhancing patient outcomes through advanced clinical practices and
compassionate care. Provide comprehensive care to patients in the
cardiopulmonary and vascular ICU Manage patient assessments,
treatment plans, and documentation Monitor patient recovery and
adjust treatments as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to optimize care delivery Mentor junior nurses and
participate in professional development sessions Uphold the highest
standards of nursing practice as per hospital protocols Expertise
in ICU nursing care, particularly in cardiopulmonary and vascular
specialties Proficiency with electronic healthcare records Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal
and communication abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure BLS/ACLS
Certification CCRN certification preferred but not mandatory
