Job Description:

as a Clinical Nurse III in our Critical Care Unit (CCU). In this
role, you will leverage advanced clinical skills to provide
exceptional care to patients in a high-acuity environment. As a key
member of our team, you will work alongside top professionals in a
system known for its prestigious hospital and medical education
facilities. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
critically ill patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to formulate individualized care plans. Utilize
advanced clinical judgment to monitor and ensure patient stability.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatment, and healthcare management. Participate in research and
continuous improvement initiatives within the CCU. Expertise in
critical care nursing techniques and standards. Proficiency in
using medical software and patient care technology. Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of
practice. Certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
preferred.
