Job Description:

a dedicated Per DIEM RN for its Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
(PICU). This role requires a compassionate, skilled nurse to manage
critical care procedures for pediatric patients under fluctuating
workloads. By incorporating top medical research and education, the
PICU nurse will facilitate recovery in a supporting,
innovation-driven environment. Provide comprehensive nursing care
to critically ill pediatric patients Monitor patient status and
respond with appropriate interventions Educate and support
patients' families regarding care processes Administer medications
and maintain detailed patient records Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Critical care
