Job Description Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate Dermatologist to join their team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide expert dermatological care to patients, diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions, and contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of their patient population. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations of patients to diagnose various skin conditions, disorders, and diseases. Utilize diagnostic tools and tests, such as biopsies, to accurately diagnose skin conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic interventions. Perform surgical procedures, such as excisions, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures as required. Conduct routine skin cancer screenings and assessments. Manage and treat skin cancer cases, coordinating with oncologists and other specialists when necessary. Educate patients on proper skincare, preventive measures, and lifestyle choices to promote skin health. Provide clear and comprehensive information regarding treatment plans, potential side effects, and post-treatment care. Offer cosmetic dermatology services, including Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and other aesthetic treatments. Collaborate with patients to achieve their aesthetic goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and ethical practice. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, documenting patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Stay informed about the latest advancements in dermatology through ongoing professional development and participation in relevant conferences and training. Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Dermatology. State licensure as a Dermatologist. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of dermatological conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care. Please note- The annual base salary range is $180k to $350k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
