Health Of New England Medical Group, Waterbury location, is looking
for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of
mission-driven healthcare innovators for our Chest Clinic. Our

individual that walks through our doors. The Registered Nurse will
be Responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the
health care team by providing superior nursing care services to
patients in accordance with established RN job standards, policies,
and procedures You Will Be Responsible For : Exceptional Patient
Care : Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through
performance improvement techniques that impact patient care
positively Excellent Communicator : Communicates effectively
(written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members
Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that they
have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
Technical Familiarity: Understanding of computer-based applications
(E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications
such as Microsoft Office. Active Teamwork : Demonstrates problem
solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through
teamwork Minimum Qualifications: Education : Graduate of an
accredited R.N. program.; CPR required Licensure : Current
Connecticut R.N. license Experience : 3-4 years of related clinical
and/or hospital experience, or previous experience in a hospital or
ambulatory care setting preferred Work Schedule: Full Time, 40-hour
