Responsibilities: - Provide integrative, patient-centered clinical
care - Evaluate and treat patients with Chronic and complex
conditions - Collaborate closely with a diverse, highly supportive
clinical team - Contribute to a growing practice that values time,
connection, and thoughtful medical decision-making Requirements: -
MD or DO - Licensed in New York - Experience in Functional or
Integrative Medicine - Clinical background in Lyme Disease or
tick-borne illness - 2-3 years of experience in family medicine,
