The center is the state's largest Federally Qualified Health Center, serving over 60,000 patients. About the Position: - Innovative FQHC with eight primary care clinics and 100 Clinicians - All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes - Fully integrated EMR - Full or part-time with a regular weekday schedule.
