$3,059.20 Description A Registered Nurse (RN) provides and
coordinates patient care, educates patients and families about
health conditions, and offers emotional support to patients and
their families. RNs work collaboratively with physicians,
therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
high-quality patient care and safety. Registered Nurses are
responsible for assessing patient health problems, developing and
implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, and
administering medications and treatments. Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ health conditions and record symptoms and medical
history. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results. Educate patients and
families on disease management, medications, and post-treatment
care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and patient safety
standards. Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other
healthcare professionals. Respond to medical emergencies and
provide critical care when needed. Requirements Education Associate
Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or
country of practice. Experience 1–3 years of clinical nursing
experience (preferred for many positions). Experience in hospital,
clinic, or healthcare facility settings. Skills Strong clinical and
patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to
work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Attention to detail and
strong documentation skills Compassion and empathy toward patients
Preferred Qualifications Certification in specialty areas (such as
critical care, emergency nursing, or behavioral health) Experience
with electronic health record (EHR) systems Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be
