Job Description Job Title: Medical Director – Medical Aesthetics & Longevity Location: Manhasset, NY Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite Work Location: In Person A physician-led medical aesthetics and longevity practice is seeking a Full-Time Medical Director to lead clinical operations at its flagship location. This role is ideal for a physician who values clinical excellence, regulatory integrity, and collaborative leadership within a high-quality, growth-oriented practice. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful clinical involvement, not a nominal or remote Medical Director position. What You'll Do Serve as on-site Medical Director for all medical services Provide patient consultations and perform procedures within scope Supervise and collaborate with PAs, NPs, and clinical staff Establish and maintain clinical protocols Ensure compliance with New York State medical regulations Oversee delegation, chart review, and quality assurance Partner with leadership on workflow optimization and clinical standards Patient Care Provide high-quality medical aesthetic and wellness care Participate in longevity, hormone therapy, IV therapy, PRP, and related services Maintain conservative, evidence-informed clinical decision-making Uphold premium patient experience standards Leadership & Operations Partner with the Practice Manager and ownership on clinical workflows Support staff training and clinical development Participate in performance reviews and quality audits Contribute to continuous improvement of care delivery Practice Environment Physician-led ownership High-net-worth patient population Professional, science-forward culture No pressure for volume-driven medicine Strong operational and administrative support Compensation Competitive base salary aligned with full-time, on-site leadership responsibilities Quarterly Performance Bonus (Gross Profit Based): 8% on amounts above $100K 12% on amounts above $200K 17% on amounts above $400K Annual earning potential: $200,000 – $500,000 Schedule Full-time, on-site Consistent weekly schedule No overnight or hospital call Qualifications Required MD or DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible) Active New York Medical License (or ability to obtain) Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or procedural medicine Experience supervising advanced practice providers Strong understanding of compliance and documentation standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience in injectables and device-based treatments Experience in longevity or wellness medicine Experience in IV therapy, hormone management, or PRP Prior Medical Director or clinical leadership experience Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Employee assistance program Employee discount Referral program Retirement plan
