Job Description Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Med-Surg: Acute M/S Tele RN. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. NG tube insertion, peripheral IV insertion, telemetry strip interpretation all done by bedside. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS are required - NIHSS prior to starting; Telemetry certification is preferred • 5 years’ of med surg tele experience OR 3 years of tele experience is required • Prior travel is required • Must have completed 2 travel assignments in 300 bed facilities OR have previous experience at any UVMHN acute care facility • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable About Prime Staffing At Prime Staffing, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.
