Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 37.5 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Case Manager (RN) – Acute Care / Inpatient Location: Morristown, NJ Facility: Morristown Medical Center (Atlantic Health System) Assignment Type: Travel / Contract Start Date: March 2, 2026 End Date: May 30, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM May require occasional weekend coverage Hours: 37.5 hours per week Position Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to support inpatient acute care services at Morristown Medical Center. This role focuses on coordinating patient care throughout hospitalization, managing discharge planning, and ensuring quality and utilization standards are met. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate patient care throughout the acute care hospitalization - Manage all aspects of discharge planning and care transitions - Perform utilization management and quality reviews - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams - Ensure compliance with managed care and inpatient case management standards Required Qualifications - Active RN license - BSN required - Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (strongly preferred) - Proven experience in Inpatient Case Management - Knowledge of Managed Care processes - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment Preferred Qualifications - CCMC certification (preferred) Skills Required - Case Management - Managed Care - Inpatient Case Management - Acute Care Experience Language Requirements - English (Read, Write, Speak) Compensation - Hourly Rate: $90.00/hr - Overtime / Holiday Rate: $108.00/hr - Currency: USD Work Location Morristown Medical Center 100 Madison Avenue Morristown, NJ 07960 (On-site position) Additional Details - One (1) position available - No on-call required - H-1B sponsorship not available - Subcontracting not permitted About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
