This role requires a dedicated nursing professional who can thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting, offering both a challenging and rewarding environment for personal and professional growth. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-acuity setting ensuring comfort and quality of care. Participate in interdisciplinary health care teams to offer coordinated patient treatment. Implement patient care plans and conduct ongoing assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Engage in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health management strategies. Contribute to nursing research and follow evidence-based practices to enhance care procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using healthcare information systems. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
