Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare system integrating a

is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II for our E3 Unit. This
vital role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional
committed to providing exceptional patient care. The incumbent will
be instrumental in implementing patient treatment plans,
administering medications, and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes. Our

research. Administer medications and update patient records
ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and patient safety.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and
implement effective treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and
adjust care plans as necessary. Provide emotional support and
education to patients and their families regarding treatment
processes. Participate in continuous education to improve patient
care and stay updated with medical procedures and policies. Strong
clinical skills and a sound understanding of patient care
protocols. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent
organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
