Job Description:

groundbreaking research and education. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles Monitor patient health and record
signs within SICU/Neuro ICU settings Administer medications and
assist with surgery preparation and recovery Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care Participate in research and contribute to clinical trials as
applicable Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, treatment, and prevention Guide and supervise assigned
nursing staff, including LPNs and nurse aides Strong clinical
skills with a focus on critical care and neurological disorders
Exceptional ability to monitor and ensure patient care standards
and protocols Proficiency in using medical software for patient
management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
BLS/ACLS Certification CCRN Certification preferred for critical
care
