A busy community practice in southwestern Vermont is adding an
Internal Medicine physician to our growing team ofPhysicians and
Nurse Practitioners. This groupis Recognized by the NCQA as a Level
3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. About this Opportunity 34 patient
contact hours; average daily patient census is 13-20 Call 1:6;
Total outpatient with NO hospital work Region-leading compensation
plan Partnership consideration after 2 years (24 partners in the

401k, 5 days CME plus allowance, and 4 weeks' time off About
