academic medical center in the Bronx is seeking a Urologist to
focus on female pelvic care. The client offers a competitive
compensation plan with hospital employed benefits package. Job
Description: Compensation : $325000 - $350000 Job ID : 30111 Job
Function: Large teaching hospital in the Bronx with medical
students and residents with a clinically rich environment.
Department consists of three full time physicians and 1 urology NP,
overseen by department of surgery. Clinical component includes 3
clinical sessions (1.5 days) of office time, 2 OR days per week and
remaining for admin and consultations. Call schedule shared for
consults but have PAs onsite nights and weekends so only have to
come in if patient needs to go to OR No late evenings or weekend
hours in the office. Many kidney stone cases, BPH, urinary
incontinence, also big opportunity to build out female urology if
desired. Job Requirements: Board Certified in Urology. NY State
License. H1B cap exempt - they can sponsor a visa candidate. New
fellows graduating in the next 12 months are encouraged to apply.
