Home is growing! We currently have clinical opportunities to join
an experienced multi-disciplinary team of clinicians providing
Hospice and Palliative care. Job Description: RN Hospice Home Care
Baylor for: either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday,
Monday 24 hour position/paid for 40 hours to provide hospice and
palliative care at home. Ensure compassionate delivery of care to
patients in their final journey. Will work with interdisciplinary
team of social workers and pastoral counselors to provide families
and patients with understanding and support during this process.

and our staff. Qualifications Licensure: Registered Nurse with a
license in the State of Connecticut Education: Graduate of an
Associate's or diploma program in nursing; graduate of NLN approved
BSN program, preferred OASIS certification Experience: One year
nursing experience or one year nursing experience in a specialty;
medical/surgery or home care, preferred. Computer skills preferred.
