Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Position: RN - Medical Step-Down Location: Morristown, NJ Pay Rate: $53/HR Schedule: 7p - 7a Duties: - Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served - Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families - Demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job ???????- Must have excellent communication and computer skills Requirements: - At least of 1 year Intermediate Care/step-down experience as a Registered Nurse - Must have strong Neuro Exp. - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred - BLS required - ACLS required Soloh Partners Job ID T30543014.
