Family Practice physician employment in Connecticut : A Connecticut community health center is a seeking a family medicine physician to provide a full scope of medical services largely geared to under-served populations. You will receive strong clinical support and work in an innovative practice environment utilizing advanced access scheduling. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary practice that offers a blend of individual and population-based care. The schedule will be a 40 hour work week. You will need to be an MD/DO from an approved medical/osteopathy school with graduation from an accredited residency program in family practice. You must be board-certified within 24 months of commencing employment and hold license or be eligible for license in the state of CT. Having bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. You'll be provided relocation assistance, a sign-on, life insurance, CME time, a competitive compensation package, bonuses, health benefits, and 25 days of PTO.
