Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a growing organization in the Albany, NY area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning
Analyze project blueprints and specifications, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including material estimations and labor requirements.

Team Management
Lead and supervise a team of electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel on the construction site, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Budget Management
Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to stay within budget constraints.

Schedule Management
Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, identify potential delays, and implement adjustments as needed.
Must be available to work in both Albany and Poughkeepsie


Salary Range
$130K -140K
