Consideration will also be given to applicants seeking 100% remote work from home.Summary: We have an opportunity for a Manager of the Technology Solutions Consulting team within Advisor Group. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a team that provides technology coaching and consulting to Advisor Group's affiliated financial professionals to help them grow their technology efficiencies and workflows, thus creating an industry leading high-touch client experience. This individual will oversee technology consulting programs and demonstrate the impact to the financial professionals' growth possibilities. We're looking for a highly creative Manager, who can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate strong abilities to effectively communicate between multiple teams.Responsibilities:

  • Design team strategy and set goals for technology consultants in alignment with AG growth strategy.
  • Manage workflow priorities for the team, and ensure they are completed
  • Assign creative resources for each project and troubleshoot bandwidth conflicts
  • Identify, gather and report KPIs for the team on a quarterly basis
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on best practices and trends to support the team on-going content development initiatives for multi-media publications
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships within a designated region to grow Financial Advisors use of technology solutions to support their business growth
  • Provide consulting to financial professionals on a range of business issues, including technology strategy, CRM (Client Relationship Management) success, digital solutions, client experience solutions, and scalable workflows:
  • Conduct discovery on client needs, issues, obstacles, and resistance
  • Formulate recommendations for improvement
  • Select and deliver appropriate tools and resources to help achieve goals
  • Provide actionable feedback and advice
  • Guide financial professionals through the change management process
  • Leverage assessment tool to display success of consulting results
  • Conduct virtual and in-person coaching and educational sessions for financial professionals and support staff
  • Facilitate virtual study group meetings
  • Meet with offices via phone/online seminar to discuss their technology management items
  • Provide custom demonstrations of offerings to help get offices started integrating technology
  • Create and deliver peer panel technology symposiums with expert speakers on various business technology solutions
  • Support broker-dealer recruiting efforts with technology demonstrations
  • Create and deliver technology presentations and represent the business unit at conferences, branch meetings
  • Build team expertise with consulting techniques and grow your knowledge across a broad range of business disciplines and technology solutions
  • Interface, communicate, and support multiple departments within the organization on technology solution needs, including those departments that are geographically dispersed across the country. Work collaboratively across business units to provide service and to facilitate cross referrals
  • Develop repeatable strategies to help Financial Professionals better use new digital tools to run their practice more efficiently
  • Responds to employee inquiries, handles annual and mid-year reviews, hiring, and conduct regular employee 1x1s.Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be consideredBasic Requirements:
      • 6+ years' experience in financial services business coaching/consulting
      • 3+ years' experience managing a team
      • Experience with technology solutions including CRM solutions, digital tools, document management workflow
      • Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      • Strong consulting and coaching skills
      • Skill in conducting effective presentations and workshops; excellent verbal and written communication
      • Ability to plan and implement organizational goals and objectives
      • Aptitude to analyze information and behavior and develop relevant solutions
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Ability to produce, review, and revise processes and procedures
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
      • All other duties as assignedPreferred Requirements:
