Regional Account Manager

Job Summary TKH Security LLC's Park Assist is a business intelligence technology company that utilizes cameras to enhance the efficiency and profitability of parking facilities through guidance, license plate recognition, surveillance, and its premium parking features. Our M4 and L4 camera systems improve the parker experience in 45 countries and growing worldwide. TKH Security LLC has offices in Connecticut, Maryland, Sydney, Amsterdam, London, Dubai, and Santiago. TKH Security LLC is part of the TKH Group (Euronext: TWEKA), a $1.5 billion publicly traded company headquartered in the Netherlands. TKH Security LLC is hiring an Regional Account Manager to work within its corporate business unit out of its New England Territory. This will cover their Security and ITS sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales contracts within your territory to meet your annual objectives set by your manager.
  • Become thoroughly knowledgeable about all of our product and service offerings and learn how to demonstrate and promote them in a proficient and profitable manner.
  • Become knowledgeable about the TKH Group and related companies and always ensure your actions, communications and presentations are consistent with brand standards and objectives.
  • Maintain weekly data hygiene for all owned accounts, contacts and leads within Salesforce
  • Work with BDR on identifying key opportunities within territory.
  • Consistently use updated sales templates such as Proposal, RFP Response, RFP Summary Form, etc..
  • Develop and maintain the relationships with the industry influencers by providing consultative selling and high-quality service and support.
  • Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of your market to the Branch Manager in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure TKH Security fulfills all contractual and intended obligations to our customers, vendors and partners as set by account management.
  • Identify strategic alliances to enhance the functionality, use and expansion of the Park Assist products and services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with tools and programs necessary for position and company success such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word), Box.com and other programs as required.
  • Attend industry tradeshows set forth by Branch Manager

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work on average are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

    Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, 1-3 years similar work experience.

    Job Type--Exempt, Full-Time.

    Travel Travel is expected to be up to 50%.
    Pay
    $70,000 to $100,000 base per year based on experiences plus generous commissions
