hires must have had rapid promotions within their organizations
(not switching companies).
- Technical Director / R&D Fellow within Energy Storage
(e.g., Fuel Cell and Batteries)
- Senior-Level Quality Six Sigma Leader

EducationAt a minimum, candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or a STEM-related field. Based on earlier research,
highly-qualified talent may also have a Master's degree in
Engineering & EMBA degrees.
