Job Description:

Vice President of Operations - Construction Director

• Responsible for the successful performance of the construction process including project pre-planning, scheduling, project management, field installation, subcontracted work & project close-out.
• Work collaboratively with the CAD, fabrication and operational support departments for the success all projects.
• Establish and implement corporate policy, procedures, methods and organization structure for operations department.
• Research, develop and promote new methods of construction to help continually reinvent the organization to make the company more competitive
• Research, develop, and promote new methods of construction to grow the organization and make the company more competitive.
  • Assist the vice president of pre-construction with the review of contracts for new projects.
  • Review and sign all individual change orders to customer's contracts.
  • Provide pre-construction services and bid support to the vice president of pre-construction services, including scheduling, strategy, and general conditions as needed.
  • Assign projects to Project Management Team (Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Superintendent and Project Administrators).--
