complex digital landscape. The Work As a Cyber Systems Security
Engineer Stf, you will lead the integration of modern cybersecurity
solutions across multiple Stratford programs. You will play a
critical role in ensuring our systems are not only effective but
also resilient in the face of evolving threats. Key
responsibilities include: Cybersecurity Design & Implementation:
Support the decomposition of Statements of Work (SOW) into
actionable, cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Design and
oversee the implementation of critical cybersecurity capabilities.
Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work with internal and
external teams to enhance Cyber Resiliency across a portfolio of
Rotary programs. Cybersecurity Leadership: Lead the effort to
streamline the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and
accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals. Security Lifecycle
Oversight: Oversee the development of cybersecurity artifacts,
ensuring compliance with industry standards like NIST 800-53. Lead
efforts to achieve and maintain ATO for systems and technologies.
Please note: This position requires ability to maintain a
government DoD SECRET level clearance. This position is based in

Qualifications • Bachelors in a STEM related field with 7 years of
equivalent experience • Experience leading Risk Management
Framework (RMF), Cyber threat assessments • Familiar with
model-based systems engineering and Cameo modeling • Knowledge and
usage of SE processes and System Engineering “V” • Security or
equivalent DoD 8570 / 8140 certification required • Ability to
obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level •
Ability to effectively work with internal & external customers •
Must be willing to travel up to 10% Desired skills • Master's
degree with 5 years experience • Strongly written and verbal
communication skills • Familiarity with security architecture
design, security audit tools, security requirements generation,
security testing • Experience using Security Center/ACAS – Assured
Compliance Assessment Solution • Familiarity with RTCA DO-356 •
Experience navigating and securing Linux and Windows. • Ability to
analyze security reports and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
